About Me

 LaDonna K. Sanders is a distinguished author from Kansas City, Kansas. She is a educator,  minister, event professional, and the proprietor of Kayla Publishing. With a wealth of experience in ministry, business, and education, her illustrious portfolio of writings focuses on hope in Jesus Christ and often sheds light on social injustice. Her literary creations include three books, namely “ Journey To Promise,” “Healing Waters,” and “All Things God Made," as well as several stage plays, skits, blogs, poems, and inspirational songs.   Her  “Healing Waters” podcast is hosted on worldwide directories such as Apple Podcasts, iHeartRadio, Deezer, and Pandora.

Minister Sanders completed her undergraduate studies with Honors at Empire State University in New York, earning a bachelor's degree. She also acquired an associate degree with honors in Practical Theology from Mid-Hudson Bible Institute in Poughkeepsie, NY, and another associate degree in Elementary Education from Kansas City, Kansas Community College. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching at Kansas State University. Minister Sanders has a passion for teaching, painting, and playing Top Golf. After spending many years in New York and Oklahoma, she now resides in Overland Park, Kansas,  She is the widow of the late Rev. Reginald P. Sanders, Jr. She has two adult children and one granddaughter.
